It will get emotionally intense as everyone is on their own journey to unbury their sparkle. You get to choose what you share with the group as you are comfortable. I know from personal experience that we become ready to access and utilize different strategies at different times. This application and subsequent interview process will guide us in better knowing what you are ready to access and utilize.
